$40-$75 per trip - Supply run fee - Pre-ordered pick up or equipment rental.

$55 per hour - Basic yard work, weed whacking (vacant yards only), lawnmower, bush trimming (feet on the ground), gutter cleaning. We no longer spray weed poison.

$55 per hour - Basic home repairs and honey do lists. Ceiling fans, garage shelving, cabinet repair. Swap outs - lights, appliances, toilets, etc.

$60 per hour - Painting, staining, prep work. By hand no sprayer. **Tristin’s painting special for 2026 -Give me a fabulous color & I’ll paint it 1/2 price! **(see Art Gallery tab for additional services by Tristin)

$65 per hour - Ground work - digging, concrete, pavers, gravel, large rocks. Rental equipment extra.

$75 per hour - Framing, decks, sheds, window & door replacements. Fence installation, flooring, roof work, 2nd story gutter cleaning, water features, chainsaw & demo work.

$95+ per hour - Chainsaw work (off a ladder & climbing)

$50+ per trip - Dump Runs, depending on trailer size and load. This includes increased dump fee, time waiting in line and dumping.

$150+ - Written estimates, to be deducted from the invoice, if hired.

$250 - 5th wheel transport - lot to lot, within the tri-city area. Further distance is negotiable, manual leveling extra.
